I Am Not Okay...

and I am just okay.

I want to be better.  Just like that.  I don't want to work on it.  I just want it to be.

But it doesn't work like that.

    1. Thanks, Anna. I do love yoga, which has been helpful in calming myself. That has been the extent of my experience with meditation. I have struggled greatly with quieting my mind during those times, and in general(all the more reason to continue working on it). I have been contemplating returning to yoga recently, and your suggestion is a great one that comes at a good time. I appreciate it.
